“We’re gearing up for what is going to be a big 2015/2016 winter,” Tyler Wilkinson-Ray says in an interview in the October 2015 issue. He’s half of the two-brother team behind Vermont-based T-Bar Films, known for producing “United We Ski” and “Vasu Sojitra: Out On A Limb.”
Tyler and his brother, Elliot, are planning to shoot a feature film this winter. But first they’re releasing a short—titled “Shared Lines”—which tells the story of the Vermont Backcountry Alliance and is set to premiere on Thursday, October 22 at Main Street Landing in Burlington, Vt. “I’ve been watching this organization form and grow,” Tyler says of the Vermont Backcountry Alliance, “and I think it’s a really powerful story of people taking ownership of the sport.”
While editing “Shared Lines,” he shot and produced this short, capturing his motivation, inspiration and outlook for the upcoming winter.
